La Plaza Vieja is where Flagstaff started, near the base of Mars Hill around the Old Town Spring. Its history carries a legacy of resilience, connection, and joy. The purpose of our oral history project is to preserve and share this history through the stories of the families who shaped the vibrant neighborhood.
